What is not settled

The footage itself is not mysterious: the eleven infrared targets are persuasively attributed to gas-flare burn-off at the Cantarell oil field on the horizon. The genuinely documented anomaly is institutional, not aerial - SEDENA analysed nothing and archived nothing.
