The record
An official file preserves that a report was made and examined. It does not, by itself, establish what was seen.

What is not settled
Purely visual, at night. The operations room logged no anomalous echo and no equipment fault. IMPORTANT: the same base is the setting for a retold 1971 humanoid intrusion story; Ballester Olmos's correspondence with the Air Force established that NO expediente for 25 March 1971 exists. Do not merge the two.
