Scientific context36 radar recordings, four usable optical spectra and correlated magnetometer deflections make this the only sustained instrumented dataset on an anomalous aerial phenomenon in the region, and a seismograph running alongside recorded no local seismic activity.

What is not settled
State-adjacent, not a state programme: the institutions supplied support and equipment rather than commissioning the work, and the campaign was organised by UFO-interest researchers. The internal strangeness scoring is a ufological convention, not an instrument. Leading natural explanations remain ionised dust plasma, scandium-bearing dust combustion, and distant headlights. No entity content.
