What is not settled
Condon verbatim: evaluation of psychological assessment tests, the lack of any evidence, and interviews left project staff with no confidence that the trooper's reported UFO experience was physically real. NO MORPHOLOGY IN THE OFFICIAL RECORD - all humanoid detail comes from post-Condon hypnotic regression. The report anonymises the case, so the identification is by circumstance, not by name.
