The record

An official file preserves that a report was made and examined. It does not, by itself, establish what was seen.

The document is attached to this entry.

What is not settled

The case's strongest counter-argument is in the same document: rumours of UFOs around Echo Flight during the fault were disproven, and the Mobile Strike Team stated no unusual activity or sightings were observed. The UFO linkage rests on later personal testimony the official history contradicts.
